My dream Puppy derivative !

My dream Puppy derivative would be:

Must have's:
1) Should have the latest Opera or Firefox
2) Should have Flash and Java both working flawlessly
3) Should have Nvidia drivers (or ATI) + XFCE + Emerald theme + Compiz (just like Tipsy, my fav Puppy for now)

Optional:
1) Based on the latest Puppy

Is this a dream or is there a derivative out there that I haven't found out about that has all this?

EDIT: 1) and 2) have been sorted out on Tipsy so am a happy puppy

I have tried the ATI drivers and they never worked for me.... just screwed up X.... I use the xorg_dri package and it hasn't failed me yet for GL drivers
