Snes9x and Zsnes lagging in full screen

What could be the problem?
Xord_high1.1 is installed also, i've seen some people with specs close or lower than mine got it working.
I was so hyped about playing some super mario world and didn't came accross any answer using search

Looks strange, Do you try the lastest emulators versions? and what your system specifications?
Some people suggest to change your monitor freq specs to 60 Hz to get the max performance on the SNES emulators, if you'd like to try it.
