“I have a couple hundred thousand invested in Windows dental software, and for $50, I’m finding out I can get better results on an old single core 2.7ghz with 2 gigs ram, to results I’m getting on my 10k server with Windows 7 with a lot of expensive dental software…. Un freakin’ believable is all I got to say.

'dentalgeek' lol.
I've encountered this sort of thing quite a lot, but I don't think it is the website owner that does it. I think it is like some sort of search engine trojan that takes your search term and grafts it into a webpage.
I dunno what the purpose is but I see it quite often. Maybe it's about click-hijacking to get 1 cent for every redirect.
EDIT :No, I take that back. He's definitely ripped off your website. Crazy.
Maybe he's halfway through building a website and just using yours as a template. Thats flattery
Edit2 : He's even offering software that helps you with 3D movable teeth. Sounds painful.
