Increase the slackosave file?

Increase the slackosave file?

The indicator at the right botom has only 1 bar left and on the screens top is a red window that says "personal storage empty" or sth. else. Must i increase the slackosave and how or is there sth else to do

Sometimes rebooting will add 10m or so of extra space
because Conky isn't accurate.


But choosing Resize app from start menu is the best way
usually.

Sometimes I have useless files in my /mnt folder
that need deleting. For instance I may have saved a
file to /mnt/Sony_Disk but the USB stick wasn't mounted!!
So this file is still in Pupsave file (I guess) until I delete the file.

You can check this easily by looking carefully through
the folders in /mnt when the partitions aren't mounted.

I think you can avoid puppy saving too much junk to your pupsave file by installing programs as SFS. I don't know as I'm still reading that thread, but it may be able to help you avoid getting that error again after you fix it.
