In the States, nobody seems to have a problem with these welfare queens.

Uh Aitch, you seem to be getting confused over who the bad guy is. The bad guy is the guy holding the gun. In other words, the government.

Anybody, and any collection of people, has every right to resist theft in any way that they can. So Microsoft is doing NOTHING WRONG.

On the other hand, if there must be the theft we call taxes, legislators should not cut deals; rather, they should make sure taxes are as evenly spread as possible. So legislators are wrong in both respects - first by stealing money at all, and second by picking and choosing who gets robbed according to the campaign contributions they get.

Stop believing in government - particularly a government who will not permit anyone to opt out of its control. The ruling class does not work for you. They work for themselves and their cronies.

Oh, and it's patently absurd to equate the taxman's interest with that of Americans.

Paul

Not confused at all....it's all corruption....you're just highlighting shades of grey

The non-US perception of Americans is that they, too, hold guns, so how to distinguish bad guy from bad guy becomes problematic

'OK, I won't teach you to suck eggs, either' is a response intended humourously to show that I know that already, hence didn't and don't do it

...and you think I'm confused....?

When did anyone need a permit to claim their rights or to rebel, peacefully and lawfully?

Any permit granted would negate the very essence of having a right in 1st instance, and cannot have lawful authority

The real money problem is in here, somewhere

'Taxes' are just part of the corruption and you have no lawful duty to pay as you aren't a corporation....nor even a person, a legal fictional corporation designed to make you think you have to

Lawful rebellion

I look forward to seeing US/UK/Europe anti-corruption actions, soon

No, I'm not confused at all....
