Hi
I was having the same issue whereby it was not recognising any certificate providers
to solve this I went onto the package manager and selected ubuntu-lucid-main as the repository, then from there I installed libnss3-1d_3.12.6
it seems that this is not selected as a dependency but is required for HTTPS to work
Hope this helps

Problem again
I am seeing this problem on Puppy 5.3.1 all of a sudden. All was well for a few days. Any equivalent for slacko ?
