Yes, quite easily. Extract the binary program from the hulu desktop deb file. I attatched it for convenience. If flash is installed, you can just run it and it should work. The requirements are pretty minimal.
the following commands should do it:
tar -xzvf hulu-binary.tar.gz
chmod +x huludesktop
./huludesktop
