Optical Drives Mounting Error-Solved

None of my optical drives will mount. They were ok a day ago but now they can't be mounted. Please help. Thanks Sorry, newbie error, was trying to mount audio cds.

Same here. I have used a USB LG Slim DVD on my Eees with Puppy 4.12 and 4.2 for more than a year with no problem making CD-ROMs, ripping music and DVDs, and alike. Today, neither of them saw my USB DVD after 1/2 hour of trying but had no problems with any other device. Very weird! Any suggestions would be appreciated. -Mark
