BackUp Script "pupsave-back-2-tar"

We have written a "backup script" "pupsave-back-2-tar"

which works with a Frugal SaveFolder Installs on EXT-2/3/4.
This will back-up the current "SaveFolder" in .tar.gz format
and suffixes the current date-time-stamp.
This does NOT call "snapmergepuppy".

Our work is a revision of "pupsave-backup 1.2.1" by 2byte,
the original "hot backkup by 2byte".
We fixed minor bugs and modified the process
to match the way we do backups in the 'Frugal SaveFolder' method.

Our script is titled "/usr/sbin/" "upupsave-back-2-tar"
and it runs successfuly in :
Tahr-606,
Xenial 708.
UpupBB-03 ( +10, +12, +14, +16, +17 ),
hard-drive or bootable-flash-drive.

"B2T" our Puppy Backup for savedata :
PUPSTATE now controls the program !
B2T will backup both saveFOLDER and saveFILE.4fs frugal systems. .

Purpose and Methods of B2T has been defined tighter.
(1) simpler coding,
(2) readable coding,
(3) modifiable coding.
