With some work I put together. Firefox 78.0.1.sfs 64 bit.
The sfs package is made to run on Bionicpup 64 8.0 .

Yes, hardware acceleration not enabled in version 28.0.0. :evil: youtube is impossible to use, much too slow, even in 64 bits linux. :evil: how could they miss this ?

Yep youtube with 28.0.0 is slow loading,fuzzy, and stops.

Youtube with 27.9.4 works great.

palemoon 28 still has trouble loading ...

I took stuff (being the technical term) from a Slackware OpenOffice 4.1.5

and removed some of the Slackware stuff and added some Puppy stuff.

Put it together as 32bit US English Apache OpenOffice 4 ...

PeaZip did but the filetype was .cpio
You needed to open the cpio with PeaZip to get the libflashplayer.so.

I noted: this was with Precise Puppy 5.7.1 because I know Distos can and do differ.

Some will not take the "rpm" : I just put it out as something that could be tried.

Download the "rpm" version then, use PeaZip to Extract the Mozilla plugin(libflashplayer.os)
