Seamonkey crashing on 525

#1 Post by gary »

I've noticed frequent crashes of Seamonkey (v2.0.14) since installing Lupu525. My resources don't seem to be stretched as far as CPU meter and disk space are concerned, but Seamonkey will arbitrarily crash at times. Then occasionally after relaunch, I've seen it render a webpage for perhaps 5 or 10 seconds then crash again without any user input (mouse / KB) whatsoever. Other apps seem to run fine. I searched the forum for Seamonkey crashes and saw missives about various browsers crashing. Is this a known problem or is anyone else seeing specific Seamonkey problems recently?

Flash Player can cause SeaMonkey crashes, especially with multiple open webpages that are running it.
