Sysquake LE is a math analysis program. It features active plots so you can vary one parameter with a mouse and immediately see the results. The web site is http://www.calerga.com/index.html.
The tar.gz file for the Linux download includes the binary and documentation, not the source code. The only library needed is GTK which is already on Puppy Lucid and likely other versions. I did need to run chown to set the owner and group to root after unpacking.
I put the folder in /root/my-applications, added a run script there so it will run by typing sysquake in the console. Also created a desktop file and pinned that to the jwm desktop. Some icons are attached. Finally, I moved the SQ_Files folder to /root/my-documents.

nice find
Looks like a very professional package. The scripting language is like MATLAB, end the size is small (really puppy size!).
Only drawback I can find - the licence is restrictive.
