[SFS] Devx431 Java1.6.0.20 pycairo pygobject pygtk pyqt sip

This SFS contains:

431 devx SFS constants
java 1.6.0.20-i586 With my settings, one useful one being the default browser is set to "/usr/local/bin/defaultbrowser". Added the MIME for "jar" so in Rox Filer you can click on a jar and it will run. Added all the file system links to java bits from ttuuxxx's "jre1.6.0_18-1.pet"
