Please post here any good or new things

The related discussion is in

If Barry really wants to get the attention of Distrowatch and its rankings by releasing multiple versions, then why not make one of them a multi-user version.

Your average Jo would almost be expecting this with the likes of Upup and Dpup
Given that this is the biggest criticism of Puppy I think it would certainly get attention.
Sorry if this has already been suggested elsewhere, I don't get out much!

puppy control center
I like very much the puppy control center as is in puppy 4.4CE.
Instead of looking in my notes and editing files by hand, quite a lot is covered in here to adapt the puppy to one's liking.
I think a necessary addition to any puppy.

application packages
There is a wealth of packages hidden in the forum.
Difficult to chase sometimes.
They aren't available through the puppy package manager, which often hold down levels of packages.
The puppy repository should be updated to have those.

Don't know if it's been mentioned or not but it would be nice to have an indicator of mounted .sfs files and pupsave files. I've been using puppy for couple of years now and I still sometimes mount these files to fix things I've screwed up and despite all I'll forget that they're still mounted. can't unmount drive and trying to remember which of sfs and pupsaves are still mounted is nerve racking.
Just a suggestion
