Is anybody contemplating getting something similar to this Ubuntu project working for Puppy?

https://wiki.ubuntu.com/install.exe

It's an Ubuntu installer that works totally under Windows, using an OS image in a file, and doesn't modify the MBR but hooks to the Windows bootloader. Something similar would be great for Puppy and increase take up.

These instructions on installing Puppy under W98 or XP worked fine for me so the concept does work.

It is a Basic program.
It had to be adapted for Puppy 2.

I currently don't have the time for this, but it should not be difficult.
Basically just modify the filenames in main.wxb and menu.lst-template.

I think someone already had success with that, but unfortunately did not upload the modified version.
