How to connect to wifi printer in Xenialpup?

Xenialpup64-7.5 + FX P115w using HL1250 driver. I have a wifi hotspot already. The printer has an auto-connect function. I am using frizbee. there is no obvious password on/in the printer. There are other networks.
i can't get thepc to detect it.

You will have to use CUPS to connect the printer.
Menu-->Setup-->Cups Printer Wizard
Go to Administration
You will see options for adding printers there

To get your printer to work, go to CUPS -> admin -> find new printers
If that doesn't work, add printer -> and see if it sees it.
