MidiEditor v. 2.5.0

I have compiled and tested this under wary 5.5 :D if it works in other puppies please say below 8)

Known occasional glitch: When you resize MidiEditor larger than its default window size it will sometimes not draw in the new part of the window though it only happens occasionally and to fix either restart program or resize window back to its normal size.

Other than that it works great! Hope you find it useful.

NOTE: you will need an ALSA midi synthesizer like TiMidity to hear the midi music. tip: use this command in a terminal to start timidity in ALSA server mode:

Code: Select all

timidity -iA

I didn't install, but the binary appears portable and runs on 528. Manual's here.

Interesting application. I will try it tomorrow and see if it works fine on Tharpup. Thanks.
