Hi belham2.
Thanks for installing the Puduan Pup.
Some of the issues you mention
-- proper language separation
-- icons piling up, etc.
have been noted by DavidS45 and a couple of other forum members, and
will be resolved, hopefully, in the next version -- which I'm working on,
slow but sure!!!
As to the included browser, it's the latest Seamonkey, with links2 as the
secondary "html viewer" or "jiffy" browser. I thought it was faster than
Firefox, and it has an ok wysiwyg html editor to complement abiword.
Actually, I intended this Puduan Pup to be a showcase for the various
"colors" of the wmx window manager. But I left jwm in, for those people
who lack a sense of adventure?!
As I mentioned in my previous post, the jwm bar is divided in two parts:
-- the opened programs line plus a couple of items at the bottom
(
without the menu button and that's intentional,
because the
jwm menu is always accessible by right click on an empty space on the
background. I never understood this duplication!)
-- the jwm tray proper and mini-desktop representations are on the right
edge of the screen, +/- at two o'clock.

To try out the wmx window manager, go back to the initial black console
with Ctrl-Alt-Delete, and type < choice_wmx >. You are presented with a
choice of colors: my favorite at this point is "noir2". Very classy, black goes
with everything, eh? But I tried to make them all nice and suitable for
various dominant colors in the background or in the GTK theme.
I'll remove the wmx NavajoWhite-bristles !color" in the next version: it's
almost the same as the plain NavajoWhite theme but it turns out to be too
"crowded" for my taste. I thought that creating that "color" for wmx was a
good idea at the time, but experience seems to prove to the contrary.
In the 2nd post of this thread, you'll find tips on using the wmx wm. Plus
you have a cheat sheet describing pretty much all available wmx commands
under "magical keys" (or something like it!) in the wmx menu.
Try wmx! Who knows, you may like it!

Yeah, the "3taquets" (transl.: "3tabs") are handy when you wish to do
more than one job in a terminal more or less at the same time. Glad you
like the idea!
Watch it! That icon is an on/off switch, like a couple of others I've made
available in the Puduan. Click, and the 3 consoles open; re-click, and the 3
consoles close.
(All the console icons are on/off switches, actually.)

Again thanks for installing my Puduan Pup. If you have any more questions,
please feel free to ask!

PS: You screen capture doesn't show...
