Big Bass
Thanks for this Distro,it is certainly the most interesting that I have tried in the Puppy Derivatives . I was particularly impressed with Cups,I downloaded the 5 packages and installed them(magical package handler) and it found my HP5550 printer and it is the fastest printer using Gutenprint that I have used ,Gutenprint has always been slow on previously used pups.
I have had one downer. This morning when I booted up it went to the Mouse popup normally only seen on initial bootup (It is a full install) then when it got to the desktop the mouse would not function.I repeated this a couple of times without success and eventually reinstalled it .Very odd.It is a USB/PS2 mouse which has previously hung on Ouirky when using the PS2 adapter and could be activated by connecting direct USB. Unfortunately in USB direct it is sticky on Quirky Wary and this distribution. It is possibly just an old worn out mouse.
Once again for me this is the most promising Puppy so far. I have never been able to get anything with Slackware in its past to work for me and now I can get an idea of why it has survived so long.
Regards Dennis
