Will Puppy work on my Playbook?

Hello everybody on this thread I had a question for Xalixo specifically but thought i would throw it out to everyone seen as you are all so knowledgeable. If Quirky Puppy can be booted to harddrive from USB - can this be done with BBPB also?
Is it as simple as just drag and drop from cd to usb and plug in? please advise a noob.
