One thing to consider when you create a wallpaper, is that for widescreens, as in most laptops, Quirky will automatically crop equally from top and bottom of the image.

Thus, you have to be careful not to place the logo, in this case the werewolf and the text, too low.

Look in /usr/share/backgrounds, you will see a folder in there, that holds the cropped images, presuming that any needed cropping.

In my case, I have /usr/share/backgrounds/177, and inside is all the wallpaper that I have used, cropped for my widescreen 1366x768.

Quirky does not crop the images in /usr/share/backgrounds, unlike the original Woof2. I don't know how woof-CE is currently doing it.

Anyway, an image I had that was 1024x768 got cropped to 1024x575, which is quite a big chunk taken off top and bottom, well 193/2 = 96 pixels.
