Is it possible to run Scribus in Tahrpup 6.0.5? I have installed Scribus 1.3 and 1.4 but neither will open in Tahrpup.

How to run Scribus in Tahrpup?
Scribus in Tahrpup 6.0.5
Thanks for the suggestion. I did as you suggest but the text in terminal was too difficult for a beginner so I'll give up.

Hi.
If you dont give up I cold offer some Scribus SFS Modules at http://smokey01.com/RSH/LazY-Puppy-201/ ... ngle-apps/
As you can see in the Screenshot, Scribus 1.5.0 is running in my Puppy which is based on Tahr 6.0.2. Though, I think it needs to have python installed, which I have (2.7 is installed by default).

No, but I gave my old drum kit away for free to a music store collecting instruments for refugees!

Thanks for the Scribus sfs (and the python, too). Works well in puppy slacko 6.3.2.
While there are a few things I'd like to see in Scribus, it does work, and well.
I've run Quark, Pagemaker and InDesign, and while Scribus is not yet in the same catagory, it does do very nicely, and the price is right.
