Here is Fluxbox 1.3.7 compiled in Tahrpup64-6.0.5
I included Seaside's jwm2flux script with a few modifications by me. You may also want to install 01micko's wmswitcher to switch between jwm and fluxbox via the menu.

I had a bit of trouble with Fluxbox . It is not a great system at all and the developers do not seem interested in fixing problems rather trying to pass the buck back to puppy when it does not work in Puppy . JWM and CE work perfectly but Fluxbox does not . I don't recommend it You can't turn your machine off even!
