How to make a screen saver in Linux?

#1 Post by gary »

I've written some screen savers in the past and would like to port a few to Linux. Does anyone know how, or can you hook me up with a tutorial or example?

Hope it helps somehow...

I wrote 2 in C, another in Pascal, and yet another in assembly. Assembly took the longest because there were lines and curves involved, but of course, was the most efficient. In short, I won't do that again - lol. I'll take a look at the links you guys have provided.
