Noob on Puppy... Very Happy

#1 Post by Tio_Iroh »

long story short

after testing many (about 20) distros I found on Puppy the following:

- a Real portable SO
- easy to use and easy to install for the programas that I need.
- great support for ancient hardware
- great pro-active community to solve issues on new hardware.

My recommendation:

- The best for portable OS due size, persistence and nice GUI.
- The best for bring back from death ancient PC's

you can make your puppy (not 4.3.1 but a new one "for old computers") run in your language, see
