Bionicpup32 8.0 can't find quickpet or Puppy Package Manager

im running Ubuntu Bionic 32-bit BionicPup32 8.0 and can't find it anywhere

same with puppy package manager but i can get to it if i open the terminal and type ppm

how can i get into quickpet

quickpet isn't in the 32 bit bionic pup, it's only in the 64 bit version. They have different developers.

PPM is definitely in 32 bit... Menu > Setup > Puppy Package Manager, or as you did from a terminal... ppm

thanks im trying to get wine but ppm is confusing i don't know what to download
