Follow my previous advice (twice recently)! Extract the image file and use USBImageWriter to transfer to a fresh SD card - it works every time. Leave the 'dd' CLI stuff to the gurus who use it everyday. One false step for neophytes guarantees failure!Never managed to boot with raspup 8.2.0.

'Fraid it's same old, same old. D/l twice, reburned twice. Changed video cards, changed machines, doesn't even run on laptop. Usually stalls at loading vmlinuz... but sometimes get EDD Error loading.... sectors... (long list). It is NOT my kit!

make an SFS file of the repo to include in EasyOS so that the user need not download it, in case there is no wired connection for downloading. That repo contains firmware for many wifi devices as well as for other types of devices
