I've run into this problem in the past. I fixed it by redoing the boot process with Grub4Dos. That made it use the UUID of the thumbdrive to find everything. I ONLY use Grub4Dos anymore. enfomi looks great .... but didn't work..... i always get a file with jar extension and after successfull decryption the file is useless (garbage).
