pkeys=uk as a boot parameter forces puppy to use a uk keyboard, no matter what has been set in a pupsave (or in this case, lupusave) file. psave=se would force a Swedish keyboard. This is a very crude override, but you can be sure of what Puppy should do, after setting this.

Some cards have a clash between the wireless driver and the rate control mechanism in the kernel - I had something similar with rtl8187.

Some cards have trouble with rate control under recent kernels, this is certainly true for wg111v2 using rtl8187 driver and may be true for your wg111v3

I recently noticed that Tor 0.2.0.31 is now giving warnings that it is obsolete.
http://www.torproject.org/ indicates that significant security holes have recently been fixed, and strongly recommends that people should upgrade to the latest stable version (0.2.0.34).
