smokey01 , You might consider List - <list vscrollbar-policy="0"> This would not be a dropdown, but would prevent the choice items from dropping below the window. Cheers, s The combobox will keep the list contained within the height of screen where the comboboxtext over shoots the screen ...

Is it possible to limit the list displayed by a combobox? See screeny. I would like to only display about 10 items. Is there a better way to do this in gtkdialog, maybe with another widget? Thanks You can always use programming to limit the entries to X and have an additional entry for next X and/o...

For a little while now I've been going to align my newsletter web page as it looks a bit wonky. Thanks to norgo I no longer have to as he's done it for me.

Thanks norgo.

It would be helpful if you disclosed your computer specifications. Normally a computer shuts down properly when choosing the shutdown option in most if not all Puppy's. It may be something obscure with your computer that is preventing a clean shutdown.

I'm trying to find a better way to display the icon sets. At the moment it displays all icon sets on a single web page which is great for viewing but uses a lot of bandwidth. I think it's useful to see all of the icons in the set. Maybe a better method might be to have text links but show a graphic...

Thanks, good to know it works with Slacko too. Can you confirm that the application's naming of the remastered base sfs and zdrv is correct according to your distribution? All my distributions have only underscores in its names eg: puppy_racy_5.5.sfs so that may be a potential problem. Cheers. The ...

@nic007 I tried the scrit but it only made an sfs of just under 2M. Something must have gone wrong. I will try again later. Do you have enough space in / ? Script was tested in Wary, Racy, Precise, Tahr and Xenial (32-bit), frugal installs. I tested it in slacko-6.9.9.9 and had plenty of space in /...
