Re: Chinese Language Pets

shenen,

To solve this, my suggestions are:
1. find a utf8 Zu-yin Chinese Input Method and install it to your computer.
2. get a copy of the source codes for the Zu-yin Chinese Input Method, edit the contents, eliminate all the non-utf8 characters and put back the modified data bank into SCIM ...

I tried your pet package, it works great. Pretty much all the web

correctly. Here I have a suggestion:

Is it possible to have the menu in English while everything else stay in Chinese.

Thanks for the tips. Unfortunately in my case, it's

I can write a small bash script to rename the file, but I feel perhaps this should be a built in feature of the program. Just consider it as a feedback.

Zigbert,
Thank you for the tips, I will look into it to see how it work when I am off work.

In terms of ls, if you use:
ls|sort -nk2

then the song list will be in proper sequence.

example:
ls -l
-rw-r--r-- 1 root root 3674592 2009-06-15 08:12 Genesis 10.mp3
-rw-r--r-- 1 root root 4190275 2009 ...

Hi, this is a good, small but useful GUI wrapper program. But I encounter one issue. Please see the attached image file as an example.

The 1st file is Genesis 10 instead of Genesis 1.

If it's a song, and if the file sequence is wrong, that's not a big deal. If it's a bible audio file, and the file ...

Can you compile it to work for puppy 3.01?

and maybe the solution all along was just to enter this passkey ("BlueZ") into the phone?
I am not sure, but I did change it to 1234 from previous tweaking and left there when I use passkey-agent approach.

I presume that "1234" is the correct passkey for your phone?

when I do obexftp request to cell phone, there will be a screen pops up on the cell phone asking to enter a passcode, that passcode one enters has to be the same as the one that you registered in your passkey-agent.
Because I ...
