crash when trying to access preferences

slacko 5.4, mscore 1.2 still crashing
i had 1.1 working for a while, but every time i tried to access edit/preferences it would crash. experiencing the same problem in mscore 1.2 now.

you're right i didn't need to run alsawizard. as of my previous post i have both the internal sound card and the usb sound card working. the only problem now is when i unplug the usb sound card. since it is set as the default, when it is unplugged retrovol then sees no sound modules and will not run.

slacko working well on an hp mini 210 netbook except that /dev/video0 is broken.

problems with flash being recognized
i have qtweb working very well except for flash. i'm on slacko, qt-all sfs, latest flashplayer is installed, but qtweb is not seeing it. i made a subdirectory called plugins and symlinked libflashplayer.so but it still isn't seeing it. does it not work with flash 11.x? where should libflashplayer.so...
