Burn them with puppy 4.3.1
.

You can get you .iso to USB with syslinux. syslinux should already be in your 431 USB, just chaged the files, then edit syslnux's menu.
Or you can do dd(not recommanded)

If it can scan and find your networks, that means that the drivers are there. You need to save the profile, then load the profile, then use the profile, then auto dhcp. Well... too many solutions for a simple question. :) With a bare drive, i will install my bootloader into mbr, not risking anything. Hmm.. from what i know, grub4dos does everything for you.
