BOINC updated to have a more automatic startup (thanks Anti) without modifying rc.local and to fix it not working on new installs. :oops:

If your upgrading from a previous BOINC, then go into /etc/rc.d/rc.local and delete the BOINC startup line:

for CUPS, you'll need seamonkey from petget manager or go to http://127.0.0.1:631, once CUPS says "cups: started scheduler. "

hello Wolf Pup when I downloaded the .sfs file I put it at the /mnt/home path. After that I configured the Puppy Boot Configuration to load the sfs-file together with two other sfs-files at bootup.
