I know it's a bit late, but you can get to the content of your original squashfs file when you boot your computer with something other than the PULP.sfs that is installed on your harddrive. So boot from any Puppy CD rom and you should be able to mount the original sfs to any folder adn then you can ...

Future of pulp
Hey, good to see that some still have interest in my puplet. I'd love to help out, since I have enough time on my hand again. Unfortunately I am currently on a long sailing trip which also means that you will get access to an acceptable internet connection just once every couple of WEEKS!!! So I'm ...

I'm not sure what you have in mind. If you want a google chrome- like os why don't you just use google chrome (at least it is Open source as well, so, every development there could be leaked into Puppy, if need be).

It's pretty much only my resources consumed by Quickpet so that argument is void. We did alot of alpha and beta testing and as far as I know the only issue left is the updating. That's not to say it's perfect, my coding is far from it, but it is stable for a new app.

dpup 484 beta- customized jwmrc-tray and pwireless
OK, I customized my .jwmrc-tray file in dpup 484. Somehow it gets overwritten with the original file from /opt/wbar (I'm sorry if I cant give you the exact paths as I'm not at my puppy machine right now) by certain scripts regularly. So far I identified .xinitrc and dpupstart. I commented out these ...

Anyways- as allways- here are my suggestions for further improvement:
