There is one "bug" tha is on 4,3,1 and other puppies..
In the beggining of the setup,where we choose the keyboard layout there is:

Brazilian,Portugal
Brazilian,Brazil

and the correct is:

Portuguese,Portugal (PT-PT)
Portuguese,Brazil (PT-BR)

couldn't be just a bug in 4.2?because the config that I posted,worked very good in 4.3.1..

because the motherboard that I am using doesn't have ps2 ports...and the mouse is ps2..

it was very cool if v6 was like "turbopup extreme based" but with 4,3,1..because I have somewhat a bug with my mouse with 4.2..you can see it here ...

with puppy 4,3,1 it doesn't happen..any thought how can I make it work on 4,2 based puppies? (like puppy arcade v5 or turbopup extreme)

Hi guys,I have an a4tech wineasy 4d mouse,it has 2 wheels (one for vertical scrolling and other for horizontal scrolling) and 3 buttons (2 "normal" and one on the left side,but can't get the right xorg config to enable scrolling..

Hi guys,installed the pets for tdfx driver,but I can't get xorg working..
I am using Puppy 4.3.0 with pet update for 4.3.1..

guess there is a mistake in the description,usually tdfx drivers are used for voodoo 3,4,5 and voodoo for the voodoo 1 & 2...I didn't test the pets yet so don't know if it is the description that is wrong or the file...

My card is a 3dfx Voodoo 3 3000 16Mb :) don't know why,but at least puppy 2 detects this card, no need to configure xorg by hand.. There are even some emulators that run in glide (3dfx proprietary api) instead of opengl wich is fantastic for me :D
This seems to be a problem for everyone on Puppy 4 ...

Hi, iam trying to pick up a distro for my pc in the sig,it is not being easy,and now it is time to try some puppets,tried some of them,but the one (by the screenshots and "specs" that seduce me most is puppy crypt,the thing is that I can't boot it..
When it is copying to ram,it fails and says ...

You don't mention which card you have but you might try downloading puppy2.17.1 and seeing if that will run Xorg for you. It has an older version of Xorg which seems to work on many computers where puppy3 and puppy4 won't.
