It keeps giving me the error steam is already running, one steam can only run at a time. then i have to press ok and it comes up everytime...

Yes I want to install Steam on my laptop but it won't let me exec the command "msiexec SteamInstall.msi" which should make it install right?... If someone can clarifie this for me that would make be great deal for me thanks.

@ What type of install do you have? Frugal / Full / running from live CD with pupsave???
A Full HD Install doesnt have a pupsave. In that case you have to mount the SFS and install it manually...
When you boot up and it loads your pupsave ( if you have one) it shows you where it is...
