Ah... Something I've dealt with, albeit several years ago... I'm going to run under the assumption that this machine is Win 7 Pro or higher. I'm also going to assume you have a copy of Puppy somewhere (I hope). Boot up into Puppy and open GParted. You will notice your primary Windows partition, your...

http://totalelectronics.us I built my own. And I host it. And it didn't cost me a dime. (Free OS and Developer tools thanks to the college I attend having set me up with Microsoft Dreamspark access... I build computers, so... yeah... ) Sorry if that came off as being a jerk... was just saying there...

Ok. So, it's posted. Filezilla is transferring all the puppylinux directory from ibiblio to the following link: Puppy Linux It's a queue of 11580 files, so it'll take a while to transfer them all. Feel free to watch. :D Also, if anyone knows of any other repos for some of our stuff, please let me kn...

Central Puppy Repository
I just installed a new 120GB HDD in my web server and set up an FTP account for all us Puppians.. I"m now working on making a link on my website that will open that folder for HTML viewing without having to have the FTP name and password. As I have time off, I will be attempting to find and cop...

I find this amusing. I don't usually have discussions about politics, yet here we are in one. Now, I will say that I agree that, to some extent, it should be possible to let everyone have their cake and eat it, too, however, there has not recently been a consensus within the walls of either th...

Agreed. The lack of a main trunk is depressing, in a way. There are many users who I have tried to introduce to Puppy who had little to no background experience with *nix based systems (unless you count Apple or Android) who didn't quite understand the concepts of an operating system being compatibl...

I'm assuming that the initrd.gz got copied incorrectly, either from a corrupted download, or an incorrectly packaged installer, maybe? That or my computer just didn't like it. It does get tempermental sometimes... I provided a link to the image as it's huge when I embed it on here.

I know there has been talk about multiuser support and Puppy for a long long time, and the fact that it w...
